Direction 7: Latin America alignment and the data-center buildout (added v10, 17 Oct 2026)

This section tests the consortium's hypothesis. It has three parts: (1) Latin America is being drawn into alignment with Washington and Israel; (2) Brazil is being isolated or gone around; (3) the region's data-center buildout is a strategic project whose costs the mainstream press under-covers. Every source was fetched in full where possible (pages/latam/, about 95 pages, plus the TCU ruling PDF and a Texas PUC filing). Labels are given item by item. Reuters (401), AP, FDD, Times of Israel, UPI, Intercept Brasil and OAS (403), and Newsweek (406) blocked the fetcher. No workaround was used, so claims resting only on those sources stay [V-s] or [R]. Lens: materialist. "Pro-Israel" and "Christian Zionist" are used only where an actor documents it. Leaders are separated from rank-and-file voters.
