7.10 What this doesn't show
- No document shows a plan to isolate Brazil. The pattern is consistent with ideological coalition-building plus each country's own elections.
- No evidence of coordinated media suppression. The coordination found is (a) official US messaging ("trusted", "extra-hemispheric threat"), which is normal public diplomacy, and (b) a parliamentary lobby (IAF/AFOIA) passing the same resolutions across 14 parliaments.
- Christian Zionist networking is documented among leaders, not as the motive of evangelical voters. Most rank-and-file vote data is missing.
- No ethnic or religious direction is implied. The drivers documented here are state policy, export controls, capital (BlackRock/Atlas, I Squared, DigitalBridge, ByteDance) and cheap renewable power.
- The figures are company-stated (Pecém R$200bn vs R$580bn; Rio US$10bn; X8 5 GW) and may never be built (Stargate Argentina).
- Palantir has no documented Latin American government data-center role.
