1. The "full raw" Epstein jail video was edited. DOJ/FBI released it in July 2025 as "full raw." Metadata analysed by Wired and Hany Farid shows it was assembled in Adobe Premiere from two clips, with about 2m53s trimmed right before the famous "missing minute." A government source later told CBS an uncut original exists. DOCUMENTED that it was edited; the reason is unexplained (Wired, CBS). 2. MCC failures on the night Epstein died. Guards skipped rounds and falsified logs, his cellmate wasn't replaced, and most SHU cameras weren't recording because of a DVR failure. The DOJ IG (June 2023) found negligence but no evidence against the suicide finding. DOCUMENTED (OIG). Claims of murder remain SPECULATION. 3. The "client list" reversal. In Feb 2025 Bondi said a client list was "sitting on my desk." The July 2025 DOJ/FBI memo said no incriminating client list exists. She later said she meant the case files. DOJ is appealing court orders to lift Transparency Act redactions, and Senate Finance staff say FBI interview reports are still unreleased (Sept 2026).
