How the strands connect

Identity (World ID, KYC under GENIUS) + money rails (private stablecoins with mandatory freeze capability, issued partly by politically connected firms) + data integration (Palantir across agencies; ALPR feeds) + prediction (event markets now inside regulated finance, through ICE and the CFTC). The common pattern is privatized infrastructure with a public enforcement backdoor. The state disclaims building surveillance (no CBDC; "not a data company") while contracting for, or legally requiring, the same capabilities from private firms whose investors overlap (Founders Fund: Polymarket, Palantir, Anduril, Flock; MGX: Stargate, Binance/USD1).
