Analysis
- Personnel and money link the ideology to the state: Thiel → Pronomos → Próspera and Praxis; Thiel → Howery → the Greenland talks; Musk → Starbase; Kushner, BCG and GHF → GREAT Trust. The legal tools are treaty arbitration (ISDS), special-zone statutes, municipal incorporation and annexation, and trusteeship. These are mundane instruments, not secession.
